Baby Food For Sick Cats

Baby Food Needed
The Baltimore Humane Society needs meat baby food to encourage its sick shelter cats to eat. The most popular flavors with cats are chicken, turkey and ham. Check the label and make sure it doesn't contain onion powder. Onions are toxic to cats.

You can take your donations to the shelter, 1601 Nicodemus Road, Reisterstown 21136.

The shelter is open on Mondays from 9 am-4 pm and Tuesdays-Sundays from 9 am-6 pm.

Pet Food Bank Is Running Out

Pet Food Aisle
As of Sept. 3, the SPCA of Anne Arundel County's Pet Food Bank had just one bag of dry dog food left on its shelves.

The food bank helps keep low income families and their pets together. And the animals aren't picky. Even dented cans and open bags of food are gratefully accepted.

For information and to donate food, call 410-268-4388, extension 121 or email Rita.Melvin@aacspaca.org.
